Healthy Living Tips: - Eat a healthy breakfast everyday - Get enough sleep each night (7-8 hours) - Drink plenty of Water - Limit screentime such as phones, tablets, Ipad, TV or laptop to an hour a day. - Eat fruits & vegetables - Build exercise into our daily lives. Such as taking the stairs instead of elevators. Reduce intake of harmful fats and sugar intake.
